In every Construction Project, the Variation orders are unavoidable, it is the reality of Construction Projects.
Variation Orders are rarely “Happily Received” by Designers, Employers or Employee, but many Employers do not realize what to look for when reviewing a Variation Order proposal or that they are most often negotiable.
